Peak Behavioral Health is pleased to announce that Sandra “Sandy” Emanuel has accepted the position as CEO of Peak Behavioral.
Having graduated from New Mexico State University with a master’s in social work, Sandy is a licensed clinical social worker and has been providing behavioral health services in this community for over 20 years. “What I love about our community is our collaborative approach in meeting the needs of individuals who suffer from mental illness and substance abuse, we are truly in this together to serve the community,” says Emanuel.
Sandy Emanuel is assuming the top position at Peak Behavioral Health. Peak provides inpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment services in Santa Teresa, and intensive outpatient services at its newest location in Las Cruces.
“I am incredibly honored to be in this position and understand fully Peak Behavioral Health’s integral role in providing varied levels of care in the Border Plex Region and State wide in New Mexico,” says Emanuel upon accepting CEO position.
